Background and objectivesSevere acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) enters the human body mainly through nasal epithelial cells. The cell entry of SARS-CoV-2 needs to be preactivated via S1/S2 boundary furin motif cleavage by and/or relevant proteases. Therefore, it is important locally block site caused other protease activity in cavity.
